We have built a single-story 8.1 × 12.5 m frame house up to the closed thermal envelope stage:

• pile foundation

• structural frame made of kiln-dried timber

• gable metal roof on Ondutiss Smart membrane

• OSB / CBPB exterior sheathing with wind and moisture protection

The structure is designed for a snow load of 180 kg/m² and wind load of 30 kg/m² — standard requirements for the Northwestern region.

The client can now carry out interior finishing in any weather and manage the budget at their own pace.
