Concrete ring well construction with bottom filter, clay lock, pump installation and piping to house. Serving all of Leningrad Region, with knowledge of each district's soil conditions.
Determine optimal well location considering distance from septic (at least 50 m), house and neighboring plots. Assess groundwater level and soil type from local geological data.
Dig shaft manually or mechanically, lowering concrete rings as we deepen. Average well depth in Leningrad Region is 5–12 rings.
Install reinforced concrete rings with lock joints, seal joints with cement mortar and liquid glass. Use hydraulic plugs for high groundwater levels.
Lay three-layer filter at bottom: coarse gravel (15–20 cm), medium gravel (15 cm), washed river sand (15 cm). Filter cleans water from suspended particles.
Build clay lock around upper rings 1.5–2 m deep and 0.5 m wide to prevent surface water infiltration. Pour 1 m wide concrete apron.
Install well house or cover with hatch. House protects from precipitation, debris and winter freezing. Install winch or lifting mechanism.
Install submersible or surface pump, lay water pipe from well to house below frost depth (1.5–1.8 m) with insulation and heating cable at entry.
Pump out water until clean, take sample for chemical and bacteriological analysis. Provide treatment recommendations, completion certificate and warranty.

Prices include concrete rings. Exact cost after site inspection.
