Engineer visits site, determines room volumes, number of residents, kitchen type, bathrooms. Calculate required air exchange per building codes.
Develop ventilation scheme: select supply-exhaust unit with recuperator, design ductwork network, determine grille and diffuser locations.
Install ventilation unit with plate or rotary recuperator (up to 90% heat recovery). Place in utility room, attic or basement.
Install galvanized steel or flexible silenced ducts. Insulate sections in attic and unheated areas to prevent condensation.
Install supply and exhaust grilles in each room. Use adjustable diffusers for precise airflow control in every room.
Install split systems, multi-split or ducted AC. Route refrigerant lines, drainage, connect power. Vacuum the system.
Start system, measure airflow at each grille, balance ducts with dampers, configure automation and timers. Check noise levels.
