Engineer visits the site, measures room areas, calculates heat losses considering wall and foundation insulation, determines pipe laying step.
We create a circuit layout scheme, select collector, mixing unit, determine number of circuits and pipe length for each room.
Level the subfloor, install thermal insulation (XPS 30–50 mm) and reflective underlayment to direct heat upward.
Install Rehau or Uponor PE-Xa pipes at 150–200 mm spacing in spiral or serpentine pattern. Fix on mounting mats or clips.
Install collector cabinet, connect circuits to collector with flow meters and balancing valves, mount mixing unit.
Fill system with coolant, pressure test at 6 bar for 24 hours to verify all connections are sealed.
Pour 50–70 mm cement-sand screed over pipes. Screed cures for 28 days before system can be launched.
Adjust flow meters on collector for even heating across all circuits, perform first launch with gradual temperature increase.
