Even the best biological treatment plant won't work if installed wrong. A station that floats up in spring, backflow from a wrong slope, a body crushed by soil — all installation errors. Here are the turnkey stages.

Design: 5,000–15,000 ₽, usually included in turnkey price.
BTP for 5 — 200–300 kg; for 8–10 — 350–500 kg. Concrete rings need a crane truck. Delivery 5,000–15,000 ₽; crane truck 8,000–18,000 ₽/h.
Pit 30–40 cm wider than the station on each side; depth = station + 150–200 mm sand. For Topas 5: ~2.0×1.4×2.5 m (7 m³). Trench 0.5 m wide, slope 2 cm/m. Tamped sand bed. At high water table — 150 mm concrete anchor slab.

Lowered by 4–6 people or crane, levelled to ≤5 mm tilt. Anchoring at high water table: strapped to the concrete slab. Buoyancy on a 3 m³ empty station is ~3 tonnes!
Inlet: PVC 110 mm sewer (orange), strict 2 cm/m slope. Flatter — stagnation; steeper — water leaves but solids stay. Sleeve and seal at the wall.
Outlet: gravity (110 mm with slope) or forced (built-in pump via 32–40 mm). At high water table — forced in 90% of cases.

Simultaneously fill the station with water — water level always 15–20 cm above the outside fill
Lifts of 30–40 cm with tamping
Never backfill with plain soil, especially clay
SCM hardens with moisture and forms a rigid cocoon. Use: 3–5 m³, 6,000–12,000 ₽.

Do not discharge: bulk chlorine cleaners, antibiotics, building debris, cement, paint, large fat amounts, acid drain cleaners.
