When people say "smart home," many imagine voice-controlled lights. But for a private house owner the real value is managing engineering systems — heating, water, ventilation, electrics. Smart automation saves 15–30% on heating, protects against accidents and lets you control everything from a phone.

Heating automation: the big savings

Ventilation
