96 m² Frame House in Roshchinsky Khutor Cottage Settlement, Lebyazhye

Construction of a single-story 96 m² frame house has been completed in the Roshchinsky Khutor cottage settlement. The house is designed in a Scandinavian style and intended for year-round living.

Structural solutions

The house is built on a pile foundation (42 units), which is optimal for the soil conditions of the site. The load-bearing frame is made of kiln-dried softwood lumber with cross insulation. Exterior sheathing consists of windproof boards, finished with thermally modified wood in a dark brown shade.

The main façade features panoramic glazing with a triangular gable, providing maximum natural light to the kitchen-living area. The roof is standing seam metal in anthracite color. A covered terrace with wooden decking and decorative slatted screens creates a protected outdoor relaxation space.

Construction stages

The full cycle of work was completed turnkey: installation of the pile foundation, construction of the frame and roof system, roofing installation, exterior sheathing and insulation, installation of windows and doors, façade finishing, and construction of the terrace and porch.
