Electric boiler (EVAN) — backup heat source in case of gas supply interruptions, ensuring uninterrupted operation of the heating system.
Indirect heating boiler S-Tank — floor-mounted, provides stable hot water supply using heat from the boilers.
Manifold unit with 7 pump groups — each group serves a separate circuit (radiator heating, underfloor heating, DHW, ventilation). Each group includes a circulation pump, thermomanometer, and shut-off valves.
Membrane expansion tank — compensates for thermal expansion of the heat carrier and protects the system from pressure surges.
Automation cabinet — cascade control of boilers, pump control based on temperature, overheat and freeze protection.
Stainless steel coaxial flues — two vertical outlets above roof level, one for each gas boiler.
External gas pipeline — laid along the facade from the gas entry point to the boiler room, equipped with shut-off valves.
Room preparation — finishing walls and floors with non-combustible materials, installation of supply ventilation, and connection of utilities.
Boiler installation — mounting of gas boilers in cascade and the electric boiler, connection to gas and electrical networks.
DHW boiler installation — floor-mounted S-Tank boiler installation, connected to boilers via a dedicated pump group.
Manifold unit assembly — installation of stainless steel collector, setup and connection of 7 pump groups with individual control for each circuit.
Flue installation — coaxial flues routed through the wall, vertically extended above the roof, secured with brackets.
Gas pipeline installation — external routing along the facade and internal connection to each boiler.
Hydraulic piping — connection of all components with stainless steel pipes, installation of expansion tank, filters, and safety valves.
Automation installation — mounting of the control cabinet, connection of sensors and cascade controller.
Pressure testing and commissioning — checking system tightness, initial start-up, cascade adjustment, and balancing of flow rates across circuits.
