The roof is a hip type with four slopes. The structure includes:

Construction stages
A crawler-mounted pile driver was delivered to the site. Reinforced concrete square piles were driven according to the foundation layout. A wooden tie beam made of planed boards, layered in a package, was installed on the pile heads. Waterproofing was laid between concrete and wood.
Floor joists of the first floor were installed, insulation of the floor slab applied, and the subfloor laid.
The frame of the first and second floors was assembled: posts, beams, braces, and inter-floor slab installed. Floor beams and second-floor decking installed.
Roof installation completed: rafter system, battens, counter-battens, wind and moisture protection, installation of dark gray metal tiles, snow guards, and drainage system.
Insulation of exterior walls, inter-floor slab, and roof using thermal insulation of the necessary thickness for winter living.
Vapor barrier installed on the interior side with all joints sealed for airtightness.
External windproof membrane and facade cladding installed. Windows, entrance, and terrace doors installed; trim and additional elements installed.
Engineering systems installed: electricity, water supply, sewage, ventilation.
Internal partitions installed, soundproofing between rooms applied.
Interior wall and ceiling cladding completed.
Assembly quality is high — all elements are planed, even, with precise gaps.
