Radiator Heating System Installation

Equipment

• Wall-mounted gas boiler — condensing type with a digital display, the main heat source for the entire heating and domestic hot water system.

• Indirect heating boiler — floor-mounted, provides stable domestic hot water supply.

• Aluminum sectional radiators — installed under windows, classic bottom connection via an H-valve set with a thermostatic valve and shut-off valve.

• Vertical tubular radiators (design radiators) — tall column-type steel radiators installed in rooms with panoramic glazing and high ceilings, combining high heat output with an aesthetic appearance.

• Stainless steel pipelines — main supply and return lines installed openly along the walls, neatly and in parallel.

• Circulation pump — ensures forced circulation of the heat carrier through the circuits.

• Membrane expansion tank (red) — compensates for thermal expansion.

• Safety group — pressure relief valve, air vent, and pressure gauge.

• Shut-off valves — ball valves with red handles at each unit for convenient maintenance.

• Gas pipeline — yellow pipes supplying gas to the boiler.

• Heating system design — heat loss calculation, boiler capacity selection, radiator sizing, and piping layout design.

• Boiler installation — installation of the wall-mounted gas boiler, connection to the gas pipeline, flue, and electrical system.

• DHW boiler installation — installation of the floor-mounted indirect heating boiler and its integration with the boiler.

• Main pipeline installation — routing of stainless steel supply and return lines throughout the premises, openly installed along walls with clip fastening.
