• Facade finish: Scandinavian cladding board 20×145 mm, vertically installed and painted with KRASKI DOSKI paint in dark gray. Corners and trims — facade board 20×95 mm in matching color

• Terrace: Spacious open terrace with a pergola (no roof) along the main facade; softwood decking board 36×146 mm coated with KRASKI DOSKI oil. Railings made of kiln-dried planed timber KM4F with factory coating

• Blind area: Made of paving slabs around the perimeter of the house
